  • Minimum per order for silk products is US$2,000

  • Minimum quantity per silk color and design is 50 pieces

  • 50% deposit will be paid on confirmation of orderv 50% deposit remaining will be paid a day before shipping date or before products are delivered to the shipping agent

  • Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment
  • All orders are shipped freight collect
  • Fabric color may vary due to hand-made dyeing process in small batches
  • In the event of obvious mistakes on the part of Silk Splash, not including small variations caused by material, hand woven or dyeing process, that are natural marks of real Thai silk, Silk Splash will Take and make appropriate actions on a case-by-case basis. The customer must contact and make claims with Silk Splash within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Custom-made designs and colors are available on request and subject to higher minimum order guidelines

  • Minimum per order for card products is 1,000 card pieces

  • Minimum quantity per card style is 100 card pieces

  • 50% deposit will be paid on confirmation of order

  • 50% deposit remaining will be paid a day before shipping date or before products are delivered to the shipping agent

  • Returns must be approved by Silk Splash and returned with an approved return number.
  • Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
    1. The return or claim must be made within 5 working days of receipt
    2. Items are produced and shipped with obvious errors and 90% not within specifications of customer
    3. Items must be returned in original box and with appropriate paper work
    4. Items must not marked by writing or damage caused by improper handling at customer premises
    5. All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee
